-By car.  Road E14 from Sundsvall. Take first left in Undersåker and continue to the railway crossing, there you go left on the road to vålådalen for about 21 Km.

-By train. Step of the train at Undersåker´s railway station. There you have the opportunity to go on with the local buss or order a taxi cab.

-By airplane. The closest airport is Åre – Östersund Airport, 100 Km from Vålådalen.

The distance between  Åre resort and vålågården is 35 Km. The road from Undersåker to Vålådalen has recently been restored with asphalt instead of gravel.
